Orders

How will I know if my order is placed?

Once your payment is successful, your order is confirmed. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email within 15 minutes.

 I didn’t receive my order confirmation email—what should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder or contact hello@ezmera.com.

Does adding items to my cart reserve them?

No, items in your cart are not reserved until payment is processed.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking ID. Just click on the link in the email and you’ll be able to follow your order every step of the way!

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing, before processing begins.

I received a damaged or defective item—what should I do?

Contact hello@ezmera.com immediately with your order number and mandatory unboxing video.

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to request a return?

You can request a return within 5 days of delivery. We totally understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so just reach out within that window and we’ll help you sort it out.

Is exchange allowed?

We do not offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different style or colour, you may return your order (if eligible) and place a new purchase separately.

In what condition should I return the product?

Please ensure the bag is unused and comes back with all original tags, invoice, dust bag, and box.
Items returned without these or showing signs of use will be sent back to you without a refund.
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How can I request a return?

You can request a return here - Just share the required details, and our team will get back to you to help with the process.

Who pays for return shipping?

For non-damaged returns, a return pickup fee of ₹350 will be deducted from your refund.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Ezmera will arrange a free replacement pickup after assessing the issue.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes. For returns that are not due to damage, defects, or wrong item delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
This applies to returns due to change of mind, preference, or wrong selection.

Can I return a bag after trying it on?

We do not offer a try-on option. You may still return the product if it is unused and in perfect original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

For COD orders, we’ll send you a secure payment link to receive your refund easily.

Return & refund exceptions

Are there any items that cannot be returned or refunded?

Yes. We cannot accept returns/refunds for:

  • Requests made after 5 days of delivery
  • Items without unboxing video
  • Used products or missing packaging, tags, or dust bag.
  • Sale/clearance products.

How often are new products added?

Ezmera frequently launches new collections of handbags and leather goods.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some designs are limited edition, others may be restocked based on demand.

Do you offer product customization?

Currently not available.

How do I care for my Ezmera products?

Faux Leather: Wipe with a soft, dry or damp cloth. Avoid heat, sunlight, and chemicals.

Fabric: Spot clean gently with mild soap. Avoid soaking or machine wash.

Metals: Wipe fittings and zippers with a dry cloth. Keep away from sprays or perfumes.

Always store in the dust bag provided.
