Return & Refund Policy

At Ezmera, we take great care to ensure your products are crafted and delivered with the highest standards. While we hope you love your purchase, if something isn’t right, you can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags, the invoice, dust bag, and the original packaging box. Items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you without a refund.

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@ezmera.com. Our team will assess the issue, and if approved, we will arrange a free replacement pickup. The final determination of whether an item is defective will be made at Ezmera’s discretion, based on our quality standards.

How to request a return?
Changed your mind? No worries. You can submit a return request within 5 days of receiving your bag, and we’ll happily process it. (But we’d love it if you ordered again – just saying!)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged items, we can arrange a free replacement.
For returns (non-damaged), the ₹350 return pickup charge will still apply.

Ezmera's bags undergo a three-layer quality check before dispatch. In the rare event that a defective product is delivered, the assessment of its condition will be conducted by our team. The final determination of whether an item qualifies as damaged or defective will be made at Ezmera's sole discretion.

Shipping & Courier Responsibility

  1. Once an order has been successfully handed over to our courier partner and the tracking details have been shared with the customer via email and/or WhatsApp, Ezmera’s responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled.
  2. Any delays, non-delivery, failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or issues arising during transit after dispatch are outside Ezmera’s direct control and will be handled as per the courier partner’s process and timelines.
  3. Customers are requested to track their shipment regularly and ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid delivery failures or return-to-origin (RTO). Any return or refund resulting from such courier-related issues will be treated as a non-defective return and will be subject to applicable return pickup charges and restocking fees.

Can I return a bag after trying it on?
We do not offer a try-on option. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 5 days. Please ensure the bag is unused, has its original tags attached, and is in its original condition.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different style or colour, you may return your order (if eligible) and place a new purchase separately.

Restocking Fee
For returns that are not due to product defects, damages, or order errors on our part which includes courier non delivery, delivery acceptance by customer, a restocking fee of 10% of the product value will be deducted from the refund amount. This applies to returns initiated due to change of mind, preference, or incorrect selection.
We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before purchasing.

Refunds
A standard return pickup charge of ₹350 will be deducted from your refund amount. Once your return reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund has been approved. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For COD orders, a secure payout link will be shared with your registered email or mobile number.
