Return & Refund Policy

At Ezmera, we take great care in crafting and delivering your purchase. While we hope you love every item you receive, we understand that issues may arise. To ensure transparency, please review our policy carefully before requesting a return/refund.
Timeframe
• All return/refund requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
• Requests submitted after 5 days will unfortunately not be eligible.
Exchange Policy
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges for website orders.
If you’d like a different style or color, you can return your product (if eligible) and we can provide store credit so that you can purchase again.
Condition for Returns
To process your return smoothly, please make sure:
• The product is unused and in its original condition
• All tags, invoice, dust bag, and packaging box are included.
Items returned without these may not qualify for a refund.
Eligibility
You can request a return if:
• You’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, or
• The item has a manufacturing defect, or
• It was damaged during delivery, or
• You received an incorrect item.

Shipping Responsibility
• For approved returns, Ezmera will arrange and cover the pickup and return shipping.
• If the product is found to be used or not in its original condition, it will be sent back to you at no extra cost, but a refund won’t be issued.
Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• For COD orders, a secure payment link will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
Not Eligible for Return/Refund
• Requests made after 5 days of delivery.
• Items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Products missing tags, invoice, dust bag, or original box.
• Sale or clearance items (final sale).
