This Privacy Policy describes how Ezmera (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a brand under KKSK Fashion Mart LLP, collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.ezmera.com (the “Site”).

Ezmera will never call, message, or email you asking you to pay again for an order that has already been paid online through our official website or approved payment partners. We will also never ask you to share OTPs, UPI PINs, banking passwords, card PINs, or confidential banking details over phone calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, or unofficial payment links.
If you receive any suspicious call, message, payment link, QR code, or request for repayment claiming to be from Ezmera, a delivery agent, a courier partner, or any other third party, please do not make any payment and do not share any confidential information. Please contact us immediately at hello@ezmera.com with the caller number, screenshots, payment details, and your order number.
If we become aware of any suspected misuse, unauthorized access, or fraudulent use of customer information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter, restrict unauthorized access where possible, coordinate with relevant service providers, inform affected customers where required, and take appropriate action under applicable laws.
Your Rights
